Me: (on calling a cable TV phone in show based in the US) "Yes, I'm calling from Estonia".
Host: "Oh so this call is costing you a lot?"
Me: "No it's no problem, I'm calling on Skype".
Host: "Oh, do they have Skype in Estonia?"
Me: "Sigh..".
